E41: My Amazon Seller Central Account is Now Verified, But Looks Like I Have an Account Issue?

After I finally got the email from Amazon that I have now been verified and I can go finish activating my account, I noticed that there seems to an issue with Marketplaces.  I didn't get the Marketplace I wanted, and I have no idea what.  I have to figure this out.
