Sometimes we have down weeks and sometimes we have really down weeks.  Last week was a really down week kind of week.  Nothing went to plan.  

We have all had these moments where everything you plan ahead for to keep the momentum going all goes down the drain and you’re left feeling anxious about it. 

I explain what happened and what I plan to do to turn things around.
